Nothing is easy or given in Ruston, LA for North Texas. NT has only won three times coming into this game, and all were huge. In 2013, McCarney turned around some fortunes with his Why Not North Texas squad. In 2017, Littrell got a big win to seal bowl eligibility on the road. In this one, Eric Morris was facing some big questions as his team came into town 0-2 with a defense bleeding yards and points.
