This week I had Skyline Chili in Cincinnati, Ohio. I was unimpressed, as it is seemingly just the kind of thing that you put togther when you are out of regular food. Spaghetti, chili, um, cheese, onions, and beans. “It’s drunk food, Adam. You have to have a few beers and have it at 2am”.

Um, no thanks.
